Overhead Cable Tricep Extension on BOSU Ball 8/4/2009

 

Set Up:  Place a BOSU Ball (soft side up) about one foot away from the cable machine. Attach a rope handle to the cable and adjust the cable to its lowest setting. Choose the amount of weight to lift.

 

Exercise:  Sit comfortably on the BOSU Ball with your back to the cable machine and feet on the ground. Contract abdominals and lean back slightly, keeping the back straight. With elbows bent and next to the head grasp the ends of the rope attachment. Exhale and straighten the arms slowly contracting the triceps. Inhale and slowly bend at the elbows, lowering the hands back to the starting position.
